1. Services Offered
Planet Pulse provides fitness training, recovery amenities, wellness services, and community events. Access to certain features may require a paid membership or scheduled appointment.

2. Membership & Payments
All memberships and purchases are subject to availability and Planet Pulse policies. Payments must be made through our secure platform. Late or failed payments may result in account suspension.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
Refunds are granted at our discretion based on service delivery and membership terms.
No refunds for missed sessions or no-shows.

4. User Behavior
By using our space or services, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully. We prohibit:

Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
Unsafe or aggressive behavior
Unauthorized content creation or photography of other guests

5. Intellectual Property
All Planet Pulse content, logos, and branding are protected. Do not use them without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
Planet Pulse is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred through improper equipment use or violation of gym policies. Use of facilities is at your own risk.

7. Changes to These Terms
Planet Pulse may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of changes.

Return and Refund Policy

At Planet Pulse, we’re committed to delivering a high-quality experience to all our members and guests. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or service, please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Memberships & Services

Monthly Memberships: Non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. You may cancel before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
Annual Memberships: Refunds may be issued within the first 7 days of purchase, minus any used days or initiation fees.
Class Passes & Personal Training: Sessions are refundable only if canceled at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

2. Retail Products

Unused apparel, gear, and merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.
Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, promotional packages, and digital content
Services already rendered (e.g., day passes, cold plunge sessions, etc.)

4. Event Bookings

Special event tickets are refundable up to 72 hours prior to the event.
No refunds will be issued after that window, unless the event is canceled by Planet Pulse.

5. How to Request a Refund
